Each member may only register one account. Accounts may not be transferred, lent, shared, or made available to others in any way.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and you bear full responsibility for all activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or have other security concerns, please notify support immediately.
This platform uses a four-tier membership system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond (each split into five sub-levels, 20 levels in total). Experience points (EXP) accumulate based on your spending amount, number of bookings, and daily check-ins; reaching a threshold automatically upgrades your tier, with no separate application needed.
Different tiers can browse different ranges of listings; reaching a specified tier or above also grants priority access to new listings. The thresholds and benefits for each tier are published on the Member Benefits page.
We reserve the right to adjust how experience points are calculated, tier thresholds, and tier benefits. Tiers already earned before an adjustment will not be downgraded as a result.
Coupons come in two types: first, exclusive coupons automatically issued by the system based on specific actions (e.g., an approved review) and tied to an individual member account; second, promo codes released during marketing events that can be entered and claimed by anyone.
The discount amount, validity period, and number of uses of a coupon are as indicated at the time it is issued. An unused coupon automatically becomes invalid once expired, and will not be reissued, extended, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person.
Promo codes are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Each member may claim the same promo code only once.
If a coupon is found to have been obtained or used through improper means (such as automated claiming scripts, duplicate account registration, or code cracking), we reserve the right to void the coupon and suspend the account involved.
To ensure reviews are genuine, only members who have completed the booking process (deposit received) may review that companion, and each member may review the same companion only once.
All reviews must be approved by us before being displayed publicly. Once approved, the system will issue a coupon as a reward.
We reserve the right to reject or delete reviews containing false content, personal attacks, advertisements, personal information, unlawful content, or clearly malicious intent, without separate notice.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
If you violate any of the above, we may suspend your account immediately without prior notice, and reserve the right to pursue related liability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for any service interruption or data loss caused by system maintenance, equipment upgrades, network failures, power outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, video/audio, interface design, code, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of this platform or its lawful licensors.
Without written consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, or commercially exploit this content in any form. All photos on this platform carry a watermark, and we will pursue legal action against unauthorized use.
This platform is an information-matching and booking management service, providing listing browsing, booking registration, and support coordination.
Any private interactions, verbal agreements, or personal transactions between users, or between users and service providers, are unrelated to this platform. We do not get involved and bear no responsibility for them.
Pages on this platform may contain third-party links. The content and privacy policies of those websites are their own responsibility, and we make no guarantees regarding them.
We may terminate your account and delete related data at any time due to violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational considerations, without prior notice and without any liability for compensation.
After account termination, any unused coupons, experience points, and membership tier under that account become invalid, with no offset or compensation provided.
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the place where the service is actually provided.
Any dispute arising from this platform's services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, it shall be handled through the applicable legal process.
